  • Three custom song requests if not already on songlist.

  • Option to use band's microphones for toasts and announcements.

Cocktail Hour + RECEPTION PACKAGE

Perfect for a fIVE hour celebration.  

Includes:

  • 8 pc band including two vocalists, two horns, and four piece rhythm section.
  • Cocktail hour duo or trio for background jazz.

  • Professional stage sound and lighting for up to 200 guests.  Includes small sound for cocktail hour.

  • Live and DJed music for a four hour event.  

  • Consultation with band leader to discuss your event, timeline, vision and special requests.

  • Band to dress in theme/color scheme to match event.

  • Most commonly, we offer instrumental jazz during cocktails and dinner, transitioning into vocal jazz as the dinner progresses.  Coltrane, Sinatra, Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee, etc.

  • Solo acoustic guitarist (classical), solo electric guitarist (modern/classic rock), solo piano (classical or jazz), or duo with vocalist for ceremony.

  • Professional stage sound and lighting for up to 200 guests.  Includes sound for musicians for cocktail hour and ceremony.

  • Live and DJed music for a four hour event.

Perfect IF YOUR EVENT WANTS CLASSY JAZZ AND AUTHENTIC BLUES.  

Includes:

  • Jazz Duo- Blues Hall of Fame female vocalist and pianist for up to four hours with breaks.

  • Jazz Trio- Piano/Bass/Drums or Piano/Sax/Drums for up to four hours with breaks.
  • Jazz Quartet- Add vocals to either trio option above or piano/bass/sax/drums.
  • Can go up to 8 pieces including two horns and two singers.
  • Professional stage sound and lighting for up to 200 guests.

  • Live and DJed music for a four hour event.

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS FOR YOUR EVENT'S SOUND NEEDS.  

OPTIONS:

  • Larger sound systems to accommodate guest counts of 200-1000+ guests.

  • Sound for ceremony including lavalier microphone(s) for officiant(s), microphones for readings, etc.

  • Additional speakers or PAs for areas away from stage area.  Perfect for cocktail hour when you want to plug in your iPod.
